THE EXPERIENCE

The Boston Singers Audition Package provides artists with professionally recorded pre-screenings, masterclass opportunities to sing in front of industry leaders and artist managing agencies, and the option to have materials reviewed. Masterclasses will be instructed by Stratagem Artist manager and founder, Justin Werner, and Metropolitan Opera soprano and voice teacher, Kirsten Arnold. The program dates are August 23rd-25th at the Somerville Music Spaces, hosted by Bloch Performing Arts and The Society for Performance & Visual Arts.

RECORDING

Record up to three songs in one session with our professional engineer, Billy Jewell.

MASTERCLASS

Sing in Master classes or audit master classes covering topics such as vocal pedagogy, audition techniques, pursuing management, marketing oneself as a musician, and creating strong materials. 

TALENT AGENCIES

Participants will have access to our cooperative talent and casting agencies to provide the access you need to get started. 

ASSET REVIEW

Your current assets will undergo thorough review and evaluation. This encompasses a range of materials such as CVs, headshots, and portfolios.

*Note – At this time the Master classes are full, however, you may still audit these classes.

HOW TO REGISTER

All ages may participate.  Singers under 18 will require a legal guardian to sign additional paperwork.

After completing the form, Jessica Bloch-Moisand will be in contact with you in 3 – 7 business days. 

 

There is limited availability and all is on a first-come-first-serve basis

  • 10am-1pm recording block
  • 1:30pm – 3:30pm masterclass with Justin Werner
  • 4pm-8pm recording block

August 24th Schedule:

  • 2pm-10pm recording block

August 25th Schedule:

  • 10am-1pm recording block
  • 1:30pm-3:30pm masterclass with Kirsten Chambers
  • 4pm-8pm recording block

1.  Masterclass participation only (6 people per masterclass):

  • Includes edited video of masterclass performance

2. Video/Audio recording only: ​

  • 1 hr Audio/Video Recording  | $255
    • This includes the space, pianist, and A/V specialist
  • 1 hr Audio/Video Recording with edits| $310
    • This includes the space, pianist, A/V specialist, and additional edits
  •  1 hr 30 min Audio/Video Recording | $355
    • This includes the space, pianist, and A/V specialist
  • 1 hr 30 min Audio/Video Recording with edits| $395
